My name is Aicha, and I’m a dedicated French Couple Counsellor based in Newcastle, Australia, offering face to face as well as online services nationwide.

As a certified Couple Counsellor with expertise in Emotion Focused Therapy, Sex Therapy, and Trauma Informed Therapeutic Approach, I’m well-equipped to help couples navigate these challenges. In Couple Therapy sessions we can address a range of sexual issues, including desire discrepancies (mismatch of libido), performance anxiety, and past traumas. I offer a holistic approach by addressing both the emotional and physical aspects of intimacy.
