Booking policies

As I know that life can get in a way and appointment might need to be rescheduled, you will receive a reminder to confirm, change or cancel your appointment 72 hours before your appointment time.

Payments

  • For Individual or Couple sessions, when you make your booking online or over the phone, the payment will be processed immediately. For recurring appointments, the payment will be processed 48 hours before each session.
  • For Intensive Couple Therapy, payment is divided into several steps based on the structure of the Intensive Couple Therapy stages. The Intake stage must be paid when booking. The Intensive Therapy stage is due two weeks before the first day of Intensive Therapy. A $1250 deposit is necessary to secure your Intensive Therapy booking. Change or cancel an appointment

  • For Individual or Couple sessions, a full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled with 48 hours or more notice. For appointments cancelled between 48hours and 24 hours’ notice, a 50% refund will be provided. There are no refunds for appointment cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or no show.
  • For Intensive Couple Therapy, a full refund will be provided for bookings cancelled with two week notice or more. You will receive a reminder to confirm, change or cancel your Intensive Therapy booking 2 weeks prior the beginning of the Intensive Therapy. There are no refunds for bookings cancel with less than two weeks notice.
